The owner was warned beforehand and parked without regard to the advise. The vehicle with the boot were observed to be gone later the same day. The office observed what appeared to be the same vehicle at a home on Furman Circle and requested a police officer to respond. The owner was located and interviewed. The owner admitted to damaging the boot rendering it unusable. The owner was issued citations and released. |
