The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene and was advised the subject was not a student, was not registered with University Housing as a guest, and became belligerent when told to leave. The officer escorted the subject to collect the subject's belongings. While in the apartment another subject was found and admitted to being underage and having consumed alcohol. More alcohol was discovered in the bedroom. The first subject was issued a trespass notice and escorted from the campus. The second subject is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
