Underage persons were identified by a mark on the hand. The subject was interviewed and admitted to transferring alcohol to persons they knew were underage. The subject then provided false ID to the officer and admitted it when the ID did not come back valid from a records check. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
