The officers interviewed the victim and a witness and then located and interviewed the subject. The victim and subject had formerly dated. The victim and witness reported that the subject became physical with the victim who defended themselves and the incident escalated. University Housing staff were requested and responded. The victim declined to prosecute. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
