The officer located the vehicle and observed the driving before they stopped it to investigate. The driver was interviewed and displayed signs of intoxication. The driver was requested to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Conway Medical Center for evaluation. While at the hospital the driver became belligerent and disorderly. Once medically cleared the driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
