The officers made contact with the occupants of the apartment and were able to detect the odor of marijuana. University Housing staff were requested and responded. The occupants were interviewed and one of the occupants admitted to using marijuana. During a search marijuana was discovered and other occupants admitted to possessing the marijuana. The subjects were issued citations and released. this incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
