The officer made contact with the occupants of the apartment and was able to observe the odor of marijuana. The officer interviewed the three subjects and got consent to search. During the search marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. All three subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The contraband was seized. |
