The officer interviewed the victim and a witness who described the subject vehicle. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. During a search of the vehicle marijuana was discovered. The driver was issued a citation for the marijuana. The subject vehicle was not located and the collision continues to be investigated.
