Time: | 0930 | Officer: | Kessler | Type: | Suspicious vehicle - firearms law violations, possession of a stolen vehicle, false information to police | Location: | 1200 Hwy. 544 | Description: | A CCU DPS officer responded to the Circle K in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle with two occupants. The officer located the vehicle and interviewed the occupants. One of the occupants provided identifying information to the officer that later was discovered to be false. A records check showed the vehicle was stolen. The subjects were taken into custody and during a search of the vehicle property (believed to be stolen) including; ammunition, firearms, BB guns, computers and related equipment, personal property, clothing, etc were discovered. Both subjects were transported to the Horry County Detention Center, the property was seized and the vehicle was towed. Warrants will be sought for further charges. |
