The witness and victim were interviewed and the victim reported being sexually assaulted. University Housing staff were requested and responded. The subject was located and interviewed. The victim was transported to the Conway Medical Center. Evidence was collected at the scene.
11/2/17 Warrants were sought and obtained.
7/1/19 The subject was sentenced to 5 years for CSC, 3 years for assault and battery.
