The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene and then made contact with the occupants of the apartment. One occupant was a resident and the other was not. the occupants were interviewed and the non-resident produced marijuana for the officer. The non-resident was issued a citation and trespass notice. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. In another bedroom alcohol was discovered. the occupants of this bedroom were issued citations and released. |
