The officer met with University Housing Staff and interviewed the complainants. The officers then located and interviewed the subject and victim. The two parties denied any physical contact and no signs of contact were observed. The subject was not a student and was issued a trespass notice and escorted form the property. This incident is being referred int the Student Conduct process for the University. |
