The officer stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver of the vehicle backed into the CCU DPS vehicle. The driver was interviewed and requested EMS who responded. The subject was taken into custody and during a search cocaine was discovered. SCHP was requested and responded for the collision. SCHP adopted the DUI charge. A warrant will be sought for the cocaine charge. |
