The officers interviewed the complainants who reported observing the subjects damaging vehicles in the parking area and breaking a window in their apartment. A video review of the area revealed several possible subjects. Officer located and interviewed another witness who confirmed the complainants account. Three of the four subjects were located and interviewed. One subject was issued a citation and released. Two subjects are being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. The fourth subject was not located at the time of this report. Warrants will be sought for further charges in this incident. |
