The driver was asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle and responded "No". The driver was asked for permission to search the vehicle. The driver gave verbal permission for the vehicle to be searched. During the search officers found drug paraphernalia. The driver was cited for speeding and for posession of drug paraphernalia and released. |
