The officers located the subject in a running vehicle and attempted to interview them. The officers observed signs of intoxication and the subject admitted to having been drinking. A records check showed the driver did not have a valid driver's license. The subject was issued a citation and taken into custody, the vehicle was towed. The subject was transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused to submit a sample. The subject was transported to the Horry County detention Center. |
