The officer interviewed a possible witness who advised they had not heard any gunshots and then the subject who approached the witnesses vehicle in the parking lot. The subject had an odor of marijuana and was interviewed. The subject admitted to possessing marijuana and provided it to the officer. The contraband was seized and the subject was issue a citation and released. |
