The subject ran into a room. The officer knocked on the door but no one answered the door. The reporting officer then called for another officer to go behind the building and check that area. At that time the subject was found outside the window of that room.
After admitting that he was in that room, the subject allowed the officer to enter his apartment where the officer noticed a smell of marijuana. The subject then gave the officer consent to search his room and, during the search, a green leafy substance was found. There were other subjects in the common area of the apartment with alcohol in their possession. All three subjects were arrested and transported to the county detention center.
