The occupants were interviewed and admitted to possessing alcohol and marijuana. The passenger was determined to be a minor. The driver was taken into custody and issued citations. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. Warrants will be sought for additional charges. The juveniles parents were contacted and responded to the CCU DPS office.
02/04/18 A warrant was sought and obtained. The warrant was served on the driver at the Horry County Detention Center. |
