The officers interviewed the complainant and attempted to locate the subject with out success. The subject was observed on video smoking in the stairwell. The subject was located later the same day and interviewed. The subject admitted to smoking marijuana in the stairwell. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
