University Housing staff observed the odor of marijuana in an apartment and contacted CCU DPS officers located the occupants (one of whom was not a resident) and interviewed them. Marijuana was observed in plain sight and a a search was conducted. During the search marijuana a controlled substance, and a firearm were discovered. The resident was located and interviewed. The two subjects were transported to the Horry County Detention Center with a hold for warrants.
02/15/18 Warrants were sought, obtained, and served on the two subjects. |
