The driver was interviewed and did not have a valid reason to be in the space. Both the driver and the passenger were found to be operating with beginners permits after 6:00 pm. A licensed driver was contacted to retrieve the vehicle. The driver and passenger were issued citations and trespass notices. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver. |
