The officer interviewed the complainant a facilities employee who had discovered a backpack in a classroom while cleaning. The backpack contained an empty alcohol bottle. The officer was able to identify the owner of the backpack. The owner was located in their apartment and interviewed. University Housing staff were requested and responded. The owner was observed to be under the influence of alcohol and admitted to consuming alcohol. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
