Officers located the vehicle and interviewed the driver. During the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana and asked the driver about it. The driver admitted to possessing marijuana and paraphernalia and provided it to the officers. The driver was issued citations and a trespass notice and released. The contraband was seized. |
