A records check showed a problem with the license plate and insurance. The vehicle was stopped to investigate. The driver was interviewed and admitted to no having a valid driver's license. During the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. During a consent search marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. The driver was issued citations and released. The vehicle was towed, and the contraband was seized. |
