The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. The officer determined the driver was not the subject from the other incident. The driver admitted to possessing contraband.
During a search of the vehicle marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. The driver was observed to have signs of a possible medical problem. EMS was requested and responded. The driver was evaluated and signed a waiver. The driver was issued citations and released. The contraband was seized. |
