The officer stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. A parent of the child arrived and took custody of the child. The driver admitted to possessing marijuana. During a search marijuana was discovered and seized. The driver was issued citations and released. |
