The officer interviewed the victim at the scene and was able to observe the damage to the vehicle. A witness had left a note with a partial description of the subject vehicle. A video review of the area provided further information about the subject vehicle. The subject vehicle was located and the driver identified. The driver was interviewed and admitted to operating the vehicle during the incident. The driver was issued a citation and a collision report was completed. |
