The officers located the subject vehicle outside the HTC Center and located the occupants inside the bookstore. The occupants were interviewed. The driver was issued a trespass notice and the passenger was found to have an outstanding warrant. The passenger was taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
