The subject was located lying on the ground outside of the building under a truck. The subject was uncooperative with the officers and during the interview. Officers observed signs of intoxication in the subject's behavior. Alcohol was discovered in the vehicle and the subject was found to have false ID in his possession. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
