The officer located the vehicle with the driver unconscious in the vehicle. The driver was awoken and interviewed. During the interview the officer observed signs of alcohol use. The driver was requested to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject provided a breath sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
