Officers located the vehicle and when they attempted to stop the vehicle the passenger fled. The driver was identified as the trespassed subject and was taken into custody. the subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. Officers attempted to locate the passenger without success.
5/20/18 The passenger was arrested by another agency on outstanding warrants and a CCU DPS officer responded to the Horry County Detention Center to issue a trespass notice to the passenger. |
