Time: | 1214 | Officer: | Kessler | Type: | Traffic stop - possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, window tint violation | Location: | Hwy. 544 and Cox Ferry Road | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle with what appeared to be illegally dark tint and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. The passenger was determined to be the owner of the vehicle and consented to a search. During the search marijuana, and paraphernalia were discovered and seized. The passenger claimed ownership of the contraband. Citations were issued and the subjects were released. |
