Time: | 1250 | Officer: | Kessler | Type: | Possession of marijuana, open container in a vehicle, improper display | Location: | hwy 501 and Zion Road | Description: | While assisting with a multi jurisdictional operation a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle being operated without a license plate and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. During a consent search marijuana and alcohol were discovered in the vehicle. One of the passengers claimed ownership of the contraband. The contraband was seized and the subject (one of the passengers) was issued a citation and released. |
