A records check revealed the license plate belonged on a different vehicle and was suspended. The driver was interviewed and advised they did not have a valid driver's license, nor could they provide proof of insurance. A records check showed the driver was wanted on an outstanding warrant. The driver was taken into custody, issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
