The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. One of the passengers admitted to possessing marijuana and provided it to the officer. During a search of the vehicle more marijuana was discovered. The passenger was issued a citation and the driver was issued a warning before being released. The contraband was seized. |
