The driver was interviewed and the officer observed signs of intoxication in the driver. The officer requested the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample and was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
