Time: | 17817 | Officer: | Jennings | Type: | Possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute | Location: | 160 Township Circle | Description: | A CCU DPS officer responded to an apartment at 160 Township Circle in reference to a report of possible drug sales. The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene and made contact with the occupants of the apartment. Two non-residents were identified and released. The three residents were interviewed. During the interviews marijuana was observed in plain sight. During a search more marijuana was discovered. The contraband was seized. The three subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. Warrants will be sought in this incident.
