The driver was interviewed and admitted to the traffic violations. While interviewing the driver the officer observed signs of marijuana use. Both the driver and the passenger admitted to possessing marijuana and provided it to the officer. During a search of the vehicle more marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. The passenger was issued a citation and released. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center with a hold for further charges. The contraband was seized. The vehicle was released to the passenger.
11/11/18 A warrant was sought and obtained for PWID marijuana. The warrant was served on the driver at the Horry County Detention Center. |
