Moore | Type: | Traffic stop - trespass notice issued | Location: | 180 Township Circle | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle traveling over the speed limit (confirmed by RADAR) and attempted to stop the vehicle to investigate. The vehicle fled and when the officer located it it was unoccupied. A video review of the area revealed a possible subject. The subject was located along with three other non-residents and interviewed. The subject admitted to being the driver and another non-resident admitted to possessing alcohol. The four non-students were issued trespass notices and released. |
