The driver was interviewed. During the interview the officer noticed the passenger having difficulty breathing. A records check showed the passenger had an active warrant in Horry County. The passenger admitted to possessing heroin and paraphernalia. The passenger advised they wanted medical assistance and EMS was requested and responded. The passenger was transported to the Conway Medical Center. The vehicle was searched and heroin and paraphernalia were seized. Both the driver and passenger were taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
