Todd | Type: | Possible drug use - possession of marijuana | Location: | 220 Teal Loop | Description: | A CCU DPS officer responded to an apartment at 220 Teal Loop in reference to a report of possible drug use. The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene and then made contact with the occupants of the apartment. Two of the occupants were found to not be residents. During a search alcohol and marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. One subject admitted to possessing the alcohol and one subject admitted to possessing the marijuana and paraphernalia. The subject admitting to the marijuana was issued a citation and a trespass notice and released. The other non-resident was issued a trespass notice and released. All the contraband was seized. |
