The driver was interviewed and the driver advised that their license was suspended (confirmed by DMV records). During the interview the officer observed what appeared to be marijuana. The driver was taken into custody and during a search paraphernalia was discovered. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County detention Center. The vehicle was released to its registered owner. |
