Time: | 1303 | Officer: | Kessler | Type: | Traffic stop - DUS, operating uninsured, warrants | Location: | Hwy. 501 and Cox Ferry Road | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle being operated on the roadway with what appeared to be a suspended license and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and a records check showed the driver's license was also suspended and the driver was wanted on a warrant. The passenger was interviewed and a records check showed the passenger was wanted on a FL warrant. Both subjects were taken into custody. The driver was issued citations and both were transported to the Horry County Detention Center with holds for warrants. The vehicle was towed. |
