The driver fled as the officer approached the vehicle. The officer was able to apprehend the subject after a short foot chase. The subject provided physical resistance to the officers who attempted to handcuff the subject. the subject was taken into custody. During a search of the area marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
