The driver was interviewed and admitted to speeding. During the interview the officer observed signs of alcohol use in the driver and the driver admitted to consuming alcohol. The driver declined to attempt any SFSTs. During a search of the vehicle marijuana was discovered. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver declined to provide a breath sample. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
