The officer interviewed the complainant who advised the post office had received packages with a suspicious odor. The subject was located and interviewed. The subject opened the packages for the officers. The subject denied knowing the contents of the packages before opening them. Marijuana was discovered in the two packages. The subject is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University.
8/19/19 The subject was issued a citation for possession of paraphernalia.
