The vehicle was located and the driver attempted to elude the officers. The vehicle was stopped on Hwy. 544. The driver was interviewed and was determined to be the trespassed subject. The driver was taken into custody and trans ported to the Horry County Detention Center. During a search of the vehicle controlled substances and a firearm were discovered. Warrants will be sought on further charges.
