The officer interviewed the victim who described the bicycle and the circumstances of the incident. While en route to the CCU DPS office the officer was contacted by the victim who reported observing a subject with their bicycle. The officer returned to the area of Eaglin Hall and interviewed the victim who was in possession of the bicycle. A video review of the area revealed a subject. The officer attempted to interview the subject without success. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
