There have been prior complaints about this vehicle at this location. The driver was interviewed and admitted to a pending charge. The driver consented to a search and during the search paraphernalia was discovered. Both occupants of the vehicle were trespassed from the Circle K. The passenger was issued a citation and released. The contraband was seized. |
